Once home to a working firehall, The Ladder Company has been thoughtfully transformed into a modern residence that honors its storied past. The original masonry and commanding form remain at its core, now enhanced by a refined architectural vision that blends history with contemporary design.

A complete renovation and second-floor addition redefined the space, reinforcing the original structure with new steel and buttresses while preserving its character. The result is a home that balances strength and sophistication — industrial heritage expressed through modern craftsmanship.

Inside, warm hardwood flooring, custom millwork, and natural finishes create a timeless atmosphere. A central elevator connects both levels, offering ease and accessibility while complementing the home’s clean, modern aesthetic.
