Phase 3: Pre-Construction

Successful commercial projects are built long before construction begins.

During pre-construction, our team finalizes engineering, permits, trade coordination, procurement, project scheduling, and detailed budgeting. Every aspect of the project is carefully organized to minimize delays and improve construction efficiency.

You’ll also receive access to our Client Portal, giving you complete visibility into your project. Review schedules, budgets, approvals, progress photos, documentation, and communicate directly with your project team from one centralized platform.

Before work begins, we’ll conduct a detailed kickoff meeting to review logistics, project milestones, site access, safety procedures, and communication expectations.

Phase 4: Construction

With planning complete, construction begins.

Whether we’re completing a dental office, medical clinic, retail space, fitness facility, restaurant, or professional office, our experienced team carefully coordinates every stage of construction while maintaining a strong focus on quality, schedule, and communication.

Throughout the project, your dedicated Project Manager oversees trade coordination, quality control, budgeting, scheduling, inspections, and day-to-day communication.

Commercial construction often involves strict timelines and coordination with equipment suppliers, owners, landlords, and consultants. Our proactive planning helps keep projects moving while quickly addressing unforeseen conditions when they arise.

Phase 5: Finishes, Equipment & Project Coordination

As construction progresses, attention shifts toward the finishes and systems that prepare your business for operation.

Flooring, cabinetry, millwork, lighting, plumbing fixtures, paint, specialty finishes, and equipment installations are carefully coordinated to ensure every component is completed according to plan.

Where applicable, we also coordinate owner-supplied equipment, specialty vendors, signage, technology installations, and final commissioning activities to support a smooth transition into your new space.

Every project change is documented through a transparent Change Order process so you always understand any cost or schedule implications before work proceeds.

Phase 6: Project Completion & Turnover

As construction nears completion, our focus turns to preparing your facility for occupancy.

Our team completes detailed quality inspections, coordinates outstanding deficiencies, arranges final inspections, and conducts a comprehensive walkthrough with you to review the completed project.

We’ll explain building systems, review documentation, answer any remaining questions, and ensure the space is ready for your staff, customers, and day-to-day operations.

Phase 7: Warranty & Ongoing Support

Our relationship doesn’t end when construction is complete.
