Set in the heart of Niagara-on-the-Lake with views stretching over neighbouring vineyards, this project transforms an aging home into a bright, modern retreat defined by clean lines, curated art, and premium finishes. What began as an older structure in significant disrepair was fully revitalized from the inside out.
The renovation started with a comprehensive structural overhaul: walls were replaced, failing components were removed, and large sections of the original framework were rebuilt to meet modern standards. The home was re-insulated, waterproofed, and meticulously restored to ensure long-term performance and comfort.
Inside, the space was completely reimagined with a fresh, contemporary aesthetic. Light-filled rooms, high ceilings, and expansive windows frame views of the surrounding vineyards. Premium finishes, refined flooring, modern millwork, and carefully selected furnishings create a gallery-like atmosphere that feels sophisticated yet inviting. The open-concept dining and living areas flow effortlessly, anchored by bold artwork and warm natural textures.
The project also included a full rebuild of the garage, bringing it up to the same structural and design standard as the main residence.
