I’ve had the opportunity to offer a different perspective and experience from working with the Homes by Hendriks team. I’ve been hired on several occasions to do custom metal work and standing seam roofing through my company Architectural copper & sheet metal. One thing I’ve noticed is the attention to detail from the framework (which is very important for what I do) all the way to the finishing touches. The team is always responsive when I’ve had questions and have always showed me nothing but respect and professionalism throughout the process in which I’m on site for. I very much look forward to working on a Homes by Hendriks site in the near future.

Our experience with Homes by Hendriks has been exceptional. We came to Darren Hendriks with an idea and he, along with his incredible staff turned it into a reality.Right from initial contact, Darren and his team did what they said they would do and did it with a certain class and skill that super exceeded our expectations.We added an almost 900 square foot in-law suite with a garage and remodeled the front entrance. Salvaging the brick that was removed and adding it to the new addition, the exterior of our home looks as though it was the original design! Incredible work.All of the trades people involved were respectful and pleasant to have around.Our talented site supervisor Isaak and his lead hand, went over and above on many occasions, kept our project moving and was always available when needed.Operations manager, Greg Jonah, took the time to answer our questions throughout, patiently explain the many factors involved in our project and how they come together.The worksite was always kept neat and tidy and our project was completed within 2 weeks of our original closing date!Homes by Hendriks beautifully crafted a quality custom home addition for my mom to be happy and safe in.... and they did so with little stress and a lot of care and class.Sincerely, a grateful and happy customer.

It was a challenging project on the escarpment but finish and workmanship exceeded our expectations. We were looking for a company who had experience in building luxury homes that were larger than ours and with septic systems so that our home would be a slam dunk. It sure was! The management team and their trades were great to work with, quality was never sacrificed and they were always available and ready to answer questions when we had them. When shopping for a builder, ask about who they work with on their projects, that is important! HbH has a great reputation, and thus, has great relationships with the top trades and companies in the area.Building a new home is a very stressful time for the homeowners and HbH was always there to keep us calm and provide options when things were not going perfectly (which happens frequently when building a home).I would recommend them anytime!

Homes By Hendricks did an amazing job on our renovation. 95% of our house was gutted. We had a totally new furnace system put in house was rewired and plumbing was done for the new kitchen and ensuit bathroom. New insulatin, dry wall, Hardwood flooring and tile was installed. A new 14 foot by 17 foot great room was added. The house was brought up to Ontario code with structure and Electrical. They were an amazing company to work with. All the trades were friendly.
